A STORY THAT BEGAN IN 1850

The fertile lands of La Codosera and some thousand-year-old olive trees were the seed for our relatives to put their dreams on the Valdelaseras farm. Feeling part of this legacy, we want to maintain and grow what they started with so much effort and determination.



We like to think that life always gives you more than what you give it ... It has given us a magical place of high natural value where we can recover the sense of traditional cultivation and obtain a product with a high nutritional index.

With that vision coupled with the most modern techniques, we have been able to develop a very special oil, which you now have in your hands. Enjoy it as much, as we have enjoyed your care, putting a lot of enthusiasm and passion to obtain an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality produced in one of the most technologically advanced oil mills in Spain.

FACILITIES IN VALDELASERAS

Among the olive groves in the area stands a state-of-the-art oil mill. The proximity to our crops allows very little time to pass from harvesting to processing and packaging.

 

We have a large workspace where we can meet the demand for our oils adapted to the most demanding quality control so that the product is always excellent.

In general, the quality of a product is represented by the set of its own characteristics that allow it to be seen as equal, better or worse than the rest of its species.
Referring specifically to virgin olive oil, the pattern that defines quality will be represented by an oily juice obtained from healthy olives and in perfect conditions of maturity, and any manipulation or treatment that alters the chemical nature of its components must be avoided both in the extraction and in the course of its storage.
